For the past 19 years Rosemary has been Dental Advisor at ACC Corporate Office in Wellington. This role involves advising across ACC functions on dental matters such as policy, procurement, customer services, research and case managers. Key to this is working relationships with NZDA, DCNZ and Otago University School of Dentistry. Guidelines have been developed for dental implants, crowns and TMD conservative and surgical management to enable consistent entitlements and management of expectations.

Prior to this she was a school dental nurse working in schools from Auckland to Palmerston Otago and did the advance course in 1988. This was followed by management in the School Dental Service and as a direct report to the CE at Capital Coast Health as Business Manager General Medicine. Rosemary also completed business studies at Victoria University of Wellington with an MBA in 1995.
